I am in love with Harleen
Here's a girl from Brazil who has become the heart throb of millions .I could not believe my ears when I heard from radio that she is not Indian. Within five minutes I Google to find out and then only I could believe that she is not a 'Punjabi soni kudi'. She’s a 19-year-old Brazilian model called Giselle Monteiro who couldn’t speak Hindi or dance Bollywood stuffs.
But does it matter guys, certainly not to me. She is gorgeous and looks so innocent. The fact amazed me is that when most of the girls in our generation want to look modern, they are losing i do not know what it called may be charm ,here a girl from just opposite side of the globe looks so Indian with those charm and beauty that we cannot see in our generation girls. In love aaj kal she is playing the role of a Punjabi kudi of old generation. She has not only played the role well, she was perfect. Especially in the song Ajj Din Chadheya she is marvelous. I hope we can see more her in our movies.

Unfinished one:just from the memory lane

This one i wrote 2 years back when i went to attend my friend's marriage. I just saw this in my draft. In between i lost bit and forgot about it...Just felt to post this here. This goes to the label unfinished..

11 Monday , October 2011
10.00 AM : Got call from friend. "Where are you..??". I said , 'Jus gotupp only..will be there with in 10 min'.
As usual i was late to reach, But luckily because of unusual traffic, i was just in time. Actually i had never been to a register office before. So being part of register marriage was a big thing. Now i am going to be a witness..Huh..!! i was so proud of myself. I thought ,i am going to do a very adventurous thing, there will be many villains.Probably girl's brother or father with many goons in jeep. There will be a chase, ten minute fight in the end i am getting injured but in between my friend and his girl friend getting married. Then they will come towards me and i wish them happy marriage...onlookers  girl's relatives with supporters in one side and my friends relatives with supporters other side...
 (To be continued...)

My little heart

I'm not begging you to love me.
I am not really even asking you,
  But, isn't it alright
If i cherish that hope in my heart..??
If i dream of just holding your hand,
It will hurt me - not you.
I will try to keep my eyes from shining
when they see you.
  And i promise..
I will try not to smile a special smile
  When you say 'Hello'..
   but, please..
Don't ask me not to love you...

Beginning of a new journey

Some of my friends had asked me, why do you need to start a new blog..?? Well I don’t have any answers for that. I am a great procrastinator. I had an ambition to be a one decent writer. I have tried but didn’t try hard enough. So the result I have never become a decent writer. Why should I write when I can’t even write a one good paragraph? There is no answer for this also. May be I am doing something that I’ll never succeed in it. Or, is this the only thing left to do complete the things which I tried and never succeed in it...?? The list is big, may be this will confirm my ‘Jack of all trades but master of none’ reputation. Or, is it just another try to overcome the miseries of my personal struggle…???
I might be doing this to just, satisfy soul...That had been searching for an oasis in the dog days in a never ending desert. Questions are many but don’t have any answers….!! So I am going to start a journey here…..Please donate ‘your comments’, I’ll be grateful to everyone in this small journey of mine. Note : Photo credit blog.hostelbookers.com

Freedom of expression; the right, left and the middle

"If you want to destroy a nation or a civilization you do not have to war, just destroy the libraries and arts." Arts and literature unites the people and enlightens them. If there are no art forms or literature it will lead a civilization to decay. Even in 21st century creative artists are being attacked by various sections of the society. But the sad situation is that in many so called democratic countries governments are succumbing to vandals. These governments are restricting creative artists to express their ideas in to words, picture, music or film. When we see attacks against creative artists, we might think that, are we living in a democracy..? Or are we living in a banana republic..?.In a democracy everybody has the right to express their opinion, but not by the act of violence. If anybody has any problem against any artists, their works, or it offends someone, they can go to the court and file a case. If they are creative enough they can protest with some artistic freedom. An artist should get freedom to express his creativity. Government should not restrict their ideas. Because its government's responsibility to allow freedom of expression. They cannot restrict anyone from expressing ideas. Many artists have to flee from their own country; because they said something that some did not like. It is not a job of artists to please every section of the society. Their job is to show their creativity. Many countries there are sections of people who are narrow minded and fanatics, not ready to see the reality .They still live in the fool’s paradise. This small section is present in almost everywhere. When an artist sees the plight of people they tell the truth to the world through their art forms. Most of the time it disturbs the ruling class. So these ruling classes do not like the concept of artistic freedom. Tasleema Nasrin, Salman Rushdie, Rohinton Mistry and M.F.Hussain are some artists who are still facing the restrictions of governments. In western countries also there are some restrictions on artists to express their ideas. But it is very less compared to Middle eastern, African and some of the Asian countries. Some artists deliberately offend some section of the society to get publicity. Only then these artists can sell their art works. Government should take action against these small sections of artists, who have less creativity and need more publicity. In my opinion government should allow creative artists freedom to express their idea. This will help to create good Harmony and tolerance among people.

Movie review Dam 999

Kerala has to face two disasters one is ‘Mullaperiyar Dam’ and another one is ‘Dam 999’.Some critics correctly commented “People of Tamil Nadu are lucky since the movie has been banned there”. People

Had great expectation with the movie. Trailer was great so the expectations sore high. But the movie has disappointed everyone. Immature storytelling, horrific direction and totally a dump movie.  First five minutes and last ten minutes of the movie are only watchable; Rest of the movie is so dull that, you will feel to leave the theater. So my advice is that don’t forget to carry your mobiles or I pods. You might need it if you want to wait for the last ten minutes climax scenes. Main drawback of the movie is its story (Does it have any one????).Characters loosely woven.Though story is about a dam but the characters don’t much relate to dam. Surprisingly good actors like Rajath Kapoor and Ashish Vidyarthi have given their worst ever performance till date. Other roles played by Vinay, Vimala Raman and others are awful. To haunt you in between some songs in English, Hindi and Malayalam come. It is going to test your patience. My advice is please stay away from it.Santhosh Pandit’s “Krishnanum Radhayum” might be a better choice than watching Dam 999.
